Turkey Pastry

   Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.

   Take the phyllo dough and divided into 2 groups of three sheets.

   Take the three sheets of phyllo, fold them in half and cut them.

   Place the ground turkey in one of the three sheets of phyllo.

   Brush the side of the phyllo dough with olive oil and place the other three sheets.

   Cut them into equal squares and put them in the oven for about 40 minutes.
