Ingredients: 3/4 c bread crumbs; 1 lb ground turkey; 1 medium onion, chopped; 2 cloves of garlic; 2 stalks of celery; 2 carrots, peeled and chopped; 1/4 c egg beaters; 1 c tomato sauce; 2 tsp dry mustard; Kosher salt and pepper to taste; 1 T brown sugar

3/4 c bread crumbs
1 lb ground turkey
1 medium onion, chopped
2 cloves of garlic
2 stalks of celery
2 carrots, peeled and chopped
1/4 c egg beaters
1 c tomato sauce
2 tsp dry mustard
Kosher salt and pepper to taste
1 T brown sugar

Heat oven to 375. If possible use a convection oven. Mix turkey, vegetables, egg beater, 3/4 c of tomato sauce dry mustard, brown sugar, salt & pepper.

Use a fork to mix the ingredients. The mixture is much lighter than using your hands.

Place aluminum foil on a baking sheet. Form mixture into an oval about 2-3 inches thick and place in the oven onto the baking sheet. Brush with half of the remaining tomato sauce and baste remaining tomato sauce as necessary.

Using convection oven, the meatloaf will take approximately 40 minutes or until it reaches 160 degrees.
