broccoli spears
turkey slices
grated cheese

Blend butter and flour in saucepan.

Add chicken or turkey stock and stir until thick.

Add nutmeg.

Blend in whipped cream, sherry and Worcestershire sauce.

Lay broccoli spears in bottom of shallow dish; cover with turkey slices and pour sauce over it. Sprinkle with grated cheese and put under the broiler until heated thoroughly and brown.
