Tuna Pasta Salad

   Cook pasta according to the instructions

   Drain pasta.

   Add butter and onions to the pan and return to the heat for 1 minute.

   Remove from the heat and add the garlic and pasta.

   Stir

   Break up the tuna with a fork and stir into the pasta

   Add the cucumber, red pepper, salt and pepper and mayonnaise.

   Stir until evenly combined

   Serve with crusty bread or crumble ready salted crisps (a.k.a potato chips) over the top.

    Optional: diced tomatoes, green/spring onions, bacon bits, parmesan cheese, swap tuna for cooked chicken
