Tuna-Mushroom Quiche

   Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. In a medium bowl, flake chunk light tuna (drained) with a fork.

   Sprinkle bottom of a thawed frozen deep-dish pie-crust shell with tuna, a jar sliced mushrooms (drained) and shredded pepper Jack cheese.

   Whisk eggs and whole milk in bowl; pour slowly over tuna mixture.

   Bake 35 to 40 minutes, or until quiche is golden and knife inserted in center comes out clean.

   Cool on wire rack 10 minutes; serve with a frozen veggie side dish.
