1 c. water
1 lb. hot Italian sausage
1 lb. sweet Italian sausage
2 (28 oz.) cans crushed tomatoes
1 can Hunt's tomato paste
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. basil

Brown lightly the garlic and onion with sausage in olive oil. Add tomatoes, tomato paste, water, sugar, oregano and basil. Simmer on low heat or crock-pot for approximately 4 hours.
