Tomato Pie

   Mix Bisquick and milk.

   Form into crust.

   Spread and press mixture into lightly oiled pie dish.

   Slice tomatoes into crust. Sprinkle basil, salt and pepper over the tomatoes.

   Spread mayonnaise over tomatoes.

   Sprinkle cheese on top of mayonnaise. Bake in 375u00b0 oven for approximately 20 minutes or until crust has browned.

   Bacon bits may also be added along with the basil and salt and pepper.
