1 whole Tomato
1/2 cups Mayonnaise
1 teaspoon Thyme
1 teaspoon Oregano
1 teaspoon Parsley
1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
1 dash Fresh Black Pepper
2 cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
2 cans Flaky Biscuits

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Cook bacon until crispy; drain and set aside.

Dice tomato and put in a large mixing bowl.

Add mayo, all spices, and cheese.

Crumble bacon and add to bowl.

Mix all ingredients until incorporated.

Open tube of biscuits and pull each biscuit apart into thirds.

Push biscuit dough down into mini muffin pan forming a little bowl.

Some of the dough will come out over the top.

With a small spoon, fill biscuits with bacon mixture.
