1/2 lb Italian sausage
2 -3 medium tomatoes, peeled, cored and thickly sliced
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup mayonnaise
