Tiny Tuna Puffs

   Prepare cream puff mix and bake according to package directions for bite size puffs.

   Cool and split.

   Let the onion stand in the lemon juice for 5 minutes. Combine it with tuna, salad dressing, curry powder and water chestnuts, adding salt and pepper to taste.

   Fill the cream puffs. To serve, heat them on a jelly roll pan or other shallow pan in a hot oven at 400u00b0 for about 3 minutes or until the filling is hot through.
