First prepare your burger buns rub them with melted butter and cook in a pan until brown and crisp.

Put aside.

Add salt ,pepper and onion powder to minced beef and mix well and then form into burger size and place them in a plate and freeze for 10 minutes so they can hold shape.

Prepare your sauce , add all sauce ingredients together.

Cook burgers until done well.

Place cheese slices on burgers when they are almost done and place in buns.

In the same pan, add abit of olive oil, add mushrooms, and a touch of salt and pepper.

Cook for 5-10 minutes.

Add your sauce ,lettuce and tomatoes to burger buns.

Serve with fries and a side of coleslaw!
