one pound lean ground beef
1 small yellow onion, finely chopped

2 TB worcestershire sauce
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp steak seasoning
1 tsp salt
8 oz gorgonzola cheese

1 cup sliced mushrooms
half cup port wine
half onion, julienne
2 TB balsamic vinegar
2 TB butter
4 ciabatta rolls
2 TB olive oil (optional black truffle oil)
salt and pepper to taste
