1 can stewed tomatoes
1 can dark kidney beans
2 c. Minute rice
3 Tbsp. chili powder
1 small onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. garlic salt
2 Tbsp. Tabasco sauce
2 c. shredded medium Cheddar cheese
2 c. crushed Fritos chips

Cook hamburger and onion.

Drain. Add rice, tomatoes, kidney beans, salt, chili powder, garlic salt and Tabasco sauce. Cover and simmer on low for 20 minutes.

Add cheese and crushed Fritos. Put into oven until cheese melts.
