   Heat oil for tortillas.

   In saucepan, add ketchup to meat to give flavor and moisture.

   Fry tortillas and drain on plate with paper towels.

   Immediately add meat mixture, onion, grated cheese, lettuce and tomatoes.

   These are time consuming to make, but always a favorite.

   Use your favorite hot sauce or salsa at table.
