Tasty Crispy Chicken

   Cut chicken into pieces about the size of chicken fingers. Beat eggs and add enough paprika to color and dip chicken pieces in egg mixture.

   In a separate bowl, combine instant potato flakes and a generous amount of chicken seasoning.

   Now dip chicken pieces in the potato flake mixture and coat chicken well. Fry in vegetable oil over medium heat until golden brown.
