1 cup red wine
2 cups beef stock
1 tablespoon tomato paste
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

Heat oil in a large pan, with a lid, over medium heat.

Sear steaks for 1 minute on each side.

Remove steaks to a serving dish, and skim grease from the top of the sauce.
