In a mixing bowl, combine the tandoori spice mixture with the vegetable oil, water, white vinegar and lemon juice.

Place the salmon in a marinating dish and pour the marinade over the salmon fillets and marinate for at least 2 hours.

Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Take the salmon out of fridge and place on a baking sheet with some of the marinade poured on top of the fish (reserve the remaining marinade for the sauce below).

Cook for 10-12 minutes.

Meanwhile, take the remaining marinade and put in a sauce pan.

Bring to a boil and allow to reduce by half.

When salmon is done, pour the sauce over the finish and finish by garnishing with flat-leaf parsley.
