Sweet Pastry Rolls

   Place all the ingredients in the mixer and turn it on to low speed until the dough is soft.

   Let the dough rise in a warm place for approximately 2 hours, then divide the dough into pieces weighing approximately 50 grams each.

   Shape each ball of dough into a strip of dough, using a rolling pin.

   Sprinkle with some chocolate chips, roll up each strip of dough.

   Once all the rolls are ready let them rise for 30 to 40 minutes.

   Brush each sweet roll with some beaten egg white and sprinkle with sugar grains.

   Bake in a preheated oven at 160 to 180C for 10 to 15 minutes.

   Remove the rolls from the oven and cool.
