Sweet Chilli Lemon And Garlic Chicken Wings

   Pre heat oven to 180 oC / 350 F

   Preparation stage one

   - Wash chicken wings in cold water

   - Massage seasoning into the skin along with the paprika.

   - Add mixed herbs

   - Place the seasoned wings into a shallow glass or ceramic baking dish evenly then spinkle a pinch of salt and pepper onto the top

   Stage 2 preparation

   - Peal 5 to 6 cloves of Garlic (set aside temporarily)

   - Take a whole lemon and chop into thin segments leaving the peal on.

    Combine the garlic and the lemon and mix into the chicken wings.

    Stage 3 Preparation

    - Take the sweet chilli cut in half and scoup out seeds.

    - Once this is done cut the chilli length ways into long thin strips place on top of the chicken wings lemon and garilic.

    Cover the chicken wings with aluminium foil and put in the oven for 35 minutes.

    After they have been cooking for 35 mintutes remove the foil and place back into the oven for a further 20 minutes (this allows the chicken to crisp)

    Serve chicken with the chillis and lemon but remove the garlic.

    Best served with sauted new potatoes and side salad.
