Turn out dough on lightly floured surface. dust surface and pin with flour. roll 10 x 22 in. rectangle. 1/4 in. thick. make long end parallel to work surface. square sides by gently pulling at corners. spread filling over leave 1/2 at borders. roll up to 24 in. long and 3in. wide cut into 2 in. thick buns reshape to become round. put into pan 3 by 4.leave one inch between each one. cover pan with plastic wrap and set in warm place to rise and inc. in size by 1/2 about 30 min to 1 hour. refrig and cover 6to8 hours or overnight. remove from frig and allow to come to room temp. in warm spot cover about 1 hour. before baking when touched should slowly spring back. bake 350 40 to 45 min. or until thermometer is 180 to 185 deg. turn out onto rimmed baking sheet or large platter. serve warm or keep room temp.2 days or refrig. up to 4 days. reheat 350 8 to 10 min.
