1 tablespoon rice wine
2 teaspoons sugar
2 teaspoons light soy sauce
1 tablespoon dark soy sauce
6 chicken wings, cut into segments
2 shallots, thinly sliced
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tablespoon oil
100 ml water

Heat oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat.

When hot, saute chicken wings turning once or twice, for 8 min or until browned.
