Ingredients: 1 lb boneless pork; 1 cup sweet chili sauce; ⅓ cup ketchup; 1 (14 ounce) can pineapple chunks; 1 head roasted garlic; 1 green pepper; 1 large onion; 1 (14 ounce) can baby corn; 2 cups sliced mushrooms; 1 ½ tablespoons oil; ½ teaspoon chili flakes; 1 teaspoon pepper; 1 pinch salt; 1 tablespoon Chinese five spice powder; 4 stalks celery; 1 bunch green onion

Servings: persons

1 lb boneless pork
1 cup sweet chili sauce
⅓ cup ketchup
1 (14 ounce) can pineapple chunks
1 head roasted garlic
1 green pepper
1 large onion
1 (14 ounce) can baby corn
2 cups sliced mushrooms
1 ½ tablespoons oil
½ teaspoon chili flakes
1 teaspoon pepper
1 pinch salt
1 tablespoon Chinese five spice powder
4 stalks celery
1 bunch green onion

Have the butcher cut up the meat into 1 inch cubes or cut it up yourself.

Fry the pork in 1 tablespoon of oil over med to high heat until nicely browned, about 15 minutes.

Dice up the celery, onion,& green pepper into nice sized pieces.

Add in chopped celery, onion the mushrooms and fry for another 5 - 10 minutes or until soft.

Add the rest of the ingredients and bring to a boil for 15 minutes stirring often.

Cover and simmer for 20 - 30 minutes or until you can't take the awesome smell anymore -- serve with rice and enjoy.
