1/2 tbsp Mayonnaise
4 cm Whole grain mustard
2 tbsp Soy sauce
1 1/3 tbsp Vinegar
2 tbsp Light brown sugar
1 tbsp Light brown sesame seeds
1 Olive oil
1 Flour

Combine all of the seasonings in a plastic bag, add the sliced chicken and marinate for 10 minutes.

Dust the surface of the chicken with flour, then cook in a frying pan with olive oil.
