2 cups soft bread cubes
½ cup milk
1 onion, chopped fine
7 tablespoons butter, divided use
2 ½ teaspoons salt

2 teaspoons paprika

1 teaspoon dry mustard
¼ teaspoon pepper
3 eggs
¼ teaspoon crushed garlic
¼ cup flour
2 teaspoons tomato paste
1 beef bouillon cube
1 (10 1/2 ounce) can consomme
1 cup sour cream

Soak bread cubes in milk.

Squeeze dry and add to beef.

Add onion, sauteed in 2 Tblsp.

Mix well and form into 48 small balls.

Brown in skillet, using 1/4 cup butter.

Blend in flour, tomato paste, bouillon cube, and consomme, adding enough water to measure 2 cups.

Stir over low heat until sauce is thickened.

Just before serving, stir in sour cream.
