Ingredients: Turkey; 1 -10 lb turkey, cleaned; 1/2 lb hot chili pepper butter (see my posted recipe for pepper butter); 1 lemon, juice of; salt, to taste; black pepper, to taste; Sauce; 1 onion, cubed; 1 celery, cut in large pieces; 1 teaspoon basil; 1/2 teaspoon celery, seeds; 1/2 teaspoon thyme; 4 tablespoons flour; 2 cups chicken stock, heated; salt, to taste; black pepper, to taste

1 -10 lb turkey, cleaned
1/2 lb hot chili pepper butter (see my posted recipe for pepper butter)

1/2 teaspoon celery, seeds
1/2 teaspoon thyme
4 tablespoons flour
