1/2 c. sour cream
3 c. flour
1 Tbsp. red food coloring

Blend butter, sugar, vanilla, salt and juice; beat eggs, one at a time.

Dissolve soda in sour cream and add to egg mixture. Fold in flour, nuts, preserves and food coloring.

Pour batter into 2 large or 4 small greased loaf pans.
