   Cut a loaf of sourdough into 1 inch squares.

   Fry the bacon, drain and break into small pieces.

   Coarsely grate 2 cups of Cheddar cheese

   Mix 8 to 12 eggs and the crumbled bacon with the bread chunks.

   Add and mix 1 & 1/2 cups of previously grated cheddar cheese

   Place into a pyrex dish previously greased with butter.

   Add 1 cup of milk into a pyrex dish and place in the refrigerator over night

   In the morning before serving, bake for 40 minuted in a 350 degree oven or until slightly brown on top. Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese on the dish just prior to serving.
