Ingredients: 2 pounds cheddar cheese, very old, sharp; 1 pound monterey jack cheese; 1 can green chili peppers; 1 Jar pimentos; 14 Cloves garlic; 1/2 cup onions dried and minced; ⅛ teaspoon black pepper ground; 1 x garlic powder; 3/4 cup salad dressing, mayonnaise style; 1 cup water

1 pound monterey jack cheese
1 can green chili peppers
1 Jar pimentos
14 Cloves garlic
1/2 cup onions dried and minced
⅛ teaspoon black pepper ground
1 x garlic powder
3/4 cup salad dressing, mayonnaise style
1 cup water
