Cook the pasta, but don't over cook it, the pasta I used cooked up pretty fast.

Dice the onion small and start to saute it in evoo and the butter.

Seed and dice the tomatoes and add them to the onion, and the juice of the 2 lemons.

Now add the shrimp and scallops wait till they just start t get some color then add the white wine salt and pepper and the red pepper flakes.

Let this cook together for a few minutes being careful not to over cook the seafood but just let it sit in the bath.

Chop a few stalks of the green onion and garnish and serve, over the top of the squid ink pasta.
