3 yellow squash, sliced
1 lb lean ground beef
1 onion, chopped
3 jalapeno peppers, seeded and diced
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

1 cup round buttery cracker, crushed

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat.

Saute squash in butter until tender, about 10 minutes. Set aside.
