take your eggs and break them into a small bowl.

chop up the rosemary.

add the curry powder, mix it and make sure it doesn't form lumps.

put some butter in a frying pan andwait untill it starts bubbling.

add the egg mixture and fry both sides, you can fry untill it is brown, but i prefer it when it is just not yet brown.

put the omelette on one slice of bread.

take some mayonaisse and a bit of wasabi paste.

then spread it over the other slice of bread.

put the wasabi slice on the egg slice.
