1/4 c. oil
1/4 c. butter
1 large red bell pepper, chopped
1 large green bell pepper, chopped
1 large onion, chopped
2 chopped tomatoes (fresh)
4 chicken breasts (boneless and skinless), cut up
1 lb. linguini
1/2 lb. smoked sausage, cut up
2 Tbsp. tomato sauce
dash of Tabasco sauce
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced

Put butter in a large pot.

Saute red pepper, green pepper and onions.

Then add chopped tomatoes, chicken, sausage and mushrooms. Cook 10 minutes.

Cook another 5 minutes or until chicken is cooked.
