2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons soy sauce, light
2 tablespoons plum jam
1 tablespoon dry mustard
2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
8 each lamb cutlets, trimmed
1 tablespoon sesame seeds toasted
1 x pineapple wedges of fresh, as needed
1 x herbs sprigs, for garnishing

Arrange the lamb cutlets in a large, shallow casserole dish and top with a tablespoon of the mixture.

Microwave on HIGH for 5 minutes, then turn each cutlet over, spoon on more sauce and cook for another 3 minutes on HIGH.
