6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
½ cup flour
2 eggs, beaten
1 (100 g) package ground almonds

¼ cup onion, minced
2 tablespoons flour
¼ teaspoon poultry seasoning
1 ½ cups milk
¼ cup orange marmalade
½ teaspoon orange zest
¼ cup orange juice
salt and pepper

Melt a small amount of butter in large frypan.

Saute coated chicken breasts in batches until golden and cooked through, adding more butter to pan as needed.
