1 lb. ground meat
1 large bell pepper (half red and half green)

1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes with green chilies
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can refried beans
1/2 c. milk
1 c. sharp Cheddar
1 c. Monterey Jack cheese
2 small jars (medium or hot) picante sauce
