Spareribs With Barbecue Sauce

   Place ribs in a shallow pan; cook at 350u00b0 for 1/2 hour. Prepare sauce as follows:

   chop the onion.

   Cook in lite oil until clear (I use olive oil).

   Combine with onion the vinegar, sugar, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, water, celery and salt.

   Simmer for 5 to 7 minutes until ingredients are well mixed. Baste all of sauces over ribs and reduce heat to 300u00b0.

   Keep basting several times for 1 hour.
