Spanish Rice – a delicious recipe with rice, sweet onion, pepper, olives, olive oil, chorizo. Easy to follow and perfect for any occasion.

1 sweet onion
1 pepper
2 cans sliced olives
olive oil
chorizo (about 3)
hamburger (optional)
1 tsp. dry mustard
3 cans stewed tomatoes
3 cloves
salt and pepper to taste
1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated

Cook rice according to instructions.

Saut onions and peppers in olive oil.
