Spanish Rice

   Brown ground beef.

   Melt bacon grease in skillet.

   Add onion, green pepper, and rice.

   Cook and stir over

   Then add tomato sauce and

   Mix well.

    Bring to boil, and add meat which has been browned.

    Cover tightly, and turn heat very low.
