1 whole Medium Onion, Chopped
2 cloves Garlic, Minced
⅓ cups Chopped Mushrooms
8 ounces, weight Vegetarian Sausage
2 Tablespoons Fresh Oregano
1 Tablespoon Finely Chopped Basil
Salt And Pepper
1- 1/2 cup Homemade Marinara
Freshly Grated Parmesan Cheese, To Serve
