Preheat oven to 350 F. Place spaghetti squash in a 9x13 baking dish and cook it in the oven for one hour.

While thats cooking chop up your onion and garlic cloves.

Put the ground beef in a large pot over medium heat.

Add the garlic and onion and cook them with the ground beef as it browns.

Once the beef is brown add the can of crushed tomatoes, basil leaves, and oregano.

Keep on low while the spaghetti squash continues to cook.

Once the spaghetti squash is done cut it in half lengthwise.

Take out the seeds and any hard, dark yellow parts.

Once that has been discarded take a fork and pull out the strands of spaghetti and place them in the pot with the meat sauce.

Mix to combine and then you are ready to serve.
