Ingredients: 10 oz. spaghetti, broken into 2-inch pieces; 2 Tbsp. margarine; 1/3 c. Parmesan cheese; 1 egg, well beaten; salt and pepper; 1/2 lb. hamburger; 1/2 lb. spicy sausage; 1 jar thick spaghetti sauce; 8 oz. cottage cheese; 4 to 8 oz. Mozzarella cheese, shredded

10 oz. spaghetti, broken into 2-inch pieces
2 Tbsp. margarine
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
1 egg, well beaten
salt and pepper
1/2 lb. hamburger
1/2 lb. spicy sausage
1 jar thick spaghetti sauce
8 oz. cottage cheese
4 to 8 oz. Mozzarella cheese, shredded

Cook spaghetti until tender.

Mix in pot with butter, salt, pepper and egg white.

Mix thoroughly.

Add Parmesan cheese. Spread mixture in 9 x 13-inch pan.

Cook meat mixture and stir into spaghetti sauce.

Spread cottage cheese over spaghetti layer. Top with meat mixture.

Bake in oven at 350u00b0 for 30 minutes. Sprinkle Mozzarella cheese on top and bake additional 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and beginning to brown.

Let stand 15 minutes before cutting.
