   as per box instructions set aside to cool a bit (do not rinse)

   in Large mixing bowl mix eggs , van.

   spray a large baking dish with cooking spray ( same size baking dish as you would for a lasagna)

   pour mixture into baking dish and bake for 45-55 min at 350 uncovered

   cool to room temp or refrig.

   over night cut into small squares 2x2 ( it is dense and a bit heavy) do not serve hot
