Kiwifruit Sorbet

   Peel the kiwifruits and pluck out the woody nubbins within the stem ends, using the point of a paring knife.

   Cut the kiwifruits into chunks and puree them in a blender or food processor (youll should have 2 cups, or 500 ml, of puree).

   Add the sugar and water and blend until smooth.

   Chill the mixture thoroughly, then freeze it in your ice cream maker according to the manufacturers instructions.
