2 c. thinly sliced onion
2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
1 can whole kernel corn
1 tsp. chili powder
1 (No. 2 1/2) can tomatoes
1 c. water
1 (8 oz.) pkg. American cheese slices
