Soft Polenta With Meat Sauce

   In a large frying pan with a lid, heat 1/2 T. of the oil. Add meat and cook, breaking the meat up. . until browned. Strain meat. Add 1/2 T. oil to same pan add carrots and cook until tender. Add strained meat and tomato sauce. Simmer covered for about 10 min.

   Cook polenta according to pkg. directions. . then add parmesan. Top polenta with meat sauce and more parmesan.
