Blanch the kale briefly in boiling water. Drain, let it cool and chop coarsely. Heat the lard in a saucepan and saute the onions. Add the kale and stock, bring it to a boil and simmer for about 1 hour. Add the ham after 30 mins and add the sausages and cook for 20 mins .
