1 small onion, chopped
1 cup chopped carrot
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup chopped spinach
1 tablespoon garlic, minced (to taste)
1 (24 ounce) jar marinara sauce, with mushroom sauce
1 (16 ounce) package lasagna noodles
1 (16 ounce) container ricotta cheese

Meanwhile, saute Ground Smart Chicken until lightly browned; drain.

In separate pan, saute onion and garlic in olive oil; add carrots and celery.
