Sloppy Joes

   Heat shortening in a heavy, big pan.

   Add meat, onion, celery and mushrooms; cook until meat is brown and crumbly.

   Add tomatoes, catsup, chili powder, water, salt and pepper.

   Cook 15 minutes.

   Add flour and cook until mixture thickens.

   Split warm hamburger buns and fill with mixture.
