1 lb. stew beef, cubed
1/3 stick butter
1 cup flour
1 tbsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
3 cans beef broth
4 Idaho potatoes, peeled and diced in 1-1/2 inch cubes
1 pkg. baby carrots
1 sm. onion, finely diced

Fill a large kettle with your three cans of beef broth and three cans of water.

Bring to a boil.

Cut your beef into 1-inch cubes.

Prepare a small bowl of flour, salt and pepper.

Mix these ingredients with a fork.

Toss your beef cubes in the flour until fully coated.

Melt butter in a frying pan on low heat.

Place beef cubes in the pan and simmer until browned.
