Ingredients: 200 grams Ground beef and pork mix; 1 Onion; 3 Shitake mushrooms; 1 large can Canned tomato; 1 Soup stock cube; 1 tbsp Olive oil; 3 tbsp Ketchup; 1 tbsp Japanese Worcestershire-style sauce; 1 tsp Soy sauce; 2 tbsp Grated cheese; 1 Salt and pepper

200 grams Ground beef and pork mix
1 Onion
3 Shitake mushrooms
1 large can Canned tomato
1 Soup stock cube
1 tbsp Olive oil
3 tbsp Ketchup
1 tbsp Japanese Worcestershire-style sauce
1 tsp Soy sauce
2 tbsp Grated cheese
1 Salt and pepper

Mince the onions and shiitake mushrooms.

Put the olive oil in a pot.

Add the ground meat, onion, and mushrooms and saute.

Once the onion becomes translucent, add the canned tomatoes and soup stock and bring to a boil.

Simmer for 10-15 minutes while occasionally stirring.
